Las Pirias Coffee is a light, sweet, and clean coffee with a smooth mouthfeel, Butterscotch, and red apple flavor with a nutty aftertaste. This high-quality coffee comes from the Chirinos District of Cajamarca in Peru. The region is blessed with natural microclimates that enable roasters to enjoy exceptional coffee varieties grown in their native soil.

The main varieties grown are Caturra, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo. Coffee is generally picked and processed the same day, before being fermented for 48 hours, and is then washed and dried for around two weeks on raised beds. There are a number of villages across Chirinos that have ideal growing conditions for coffee, with altitudes above 1800 M.A.S.L, and many producers still have old pure Arabica varieties. The region is beautifully diverse as the result of Cajamarca’s unique micro-climates.

Enjoy Flavourful Taste – Experience the taste of high-quality coffee with a Butterscotch and red apple flavour. Appreciate the Local Sourcing – Receive coffee that has been sourced locally and ethically, helping to protect natural resources and preserving traditions.

Uncompromised Quality – Consume fresh and high-quality coffee that has been fermented for 48 hours, washed, and dried for around two weeks on raised beds.

This high-quality coffee is a great way to socialize with friends and family. But, it’s also good to start your day off right!
