Jairo Arcila Natural Lactic


Jairo Arcila is a unique blend of Caturra coffee that is processed in the traditional ways that have been used for decades. This high quality coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria, floated, and hand-sorted to remove any defects. Cherries were then exposed to 30 hours of underwater fermentation before being pulped.



The Jairo Arcila high quality coffee is roasted to bring out its full character, then left to rest on the parchment while it dries in low temperatures to preserve all of its natural flavors. The parchment was then gently washed and then dried in temperature-controlled conditions until ideal moisture content was achieved.

This microlot is 100% Caturra. This variety originated in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is a natural mutation of Red Bourbon. It’s a great pick-me-up in the morning to give you an energy boost and can help with the focus and productivity in your day!
